Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During new product launches or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on carrier and destination but typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Addresses
​
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Nova Grove is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages
​
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Nova Grove is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
