Return & Exchange Policy

At Nova Grove, each bar is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at nova.grove.info@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A description of the issue

We will gladly send a replacement.

The following items are final sale:

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom or special orders

  • Clearance items
